ESHORT

Terms of Use

Last updated 23 October 2026.

These terms cover your use of ESHORT, a service for short serialized drama. By using ESHORT you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Watching

  • The first episodes of each series are free. Later episodes need a pass or the series.
  • You may watch for your own personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, re-upload or sell ESHORT episodes.
  • Some series contain mature themes such as violence or betrayal.

Passes and series

  • A pass (day, week, month or year) unlocks every series for the time shown when you buy it, starting at payment. Buying another pass while one is running adds its time to the end.
  • Passes never renew by themselves. We may remind you before a pass ends. Nothing is charged unless you approve an M-Pesa prompt on your phone.
  • Buying a series unlocks all of its episodes on your account for as long as ESHORT offers that series. If we withdraw a series you bought, we will refund what you paid for it.
  • Prices are in Kenyan shillings and include VAT where it applies.

Payments and refunds

  • Payments are made with M-Pesa. Your access starts only after Safaricom confirms the exact amount.
  • If you were charged twice, charged for something you already own, or charged without getting access, contact us with your M-Pesa receipt number and we will refund you.
  • Other refund requests are considered case by case, in line with Kenyan consumer law.

AI-made content

ESHORT series are produced with the help of AI tools for pictures, voices and video, and are labelled as such. Characters and events are fictional. Any resemblance to real people is unintended; tell us if you think a series shows a real person without consent and we will review it.

Your account

  • Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • We may suspend accounts used for fraud, sharing paid access publicly, or attacks on the service.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be shown in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
